Relevant Networks Migration FAQ
We are happy to announce some exciting changes! We are merging our services with Relevant Networks, LLC!
Relevant Networks is a Grand Rapids area business that specializes in VOIP phone service and managed computer services. They have over 100 years of combined experiences in both technologies, and we are very excited to start working with them!
This change will allow us to bring our phones up-to-date with new regulations, as well as give us long requested features such as a mobility app, options for texting, and the ability to give you options for conducting your business from home.
As we work on transitioning to the new platform, we will do everything possible to minimize any disruption of service for you. Grand Dial’s staff will be there to continue to provide you with the services that you expect from us. So don’t worry!
What you will notice, however, is that your new billing may be split into multiple bills. You should not see a change in overall pricing.

Questions and Answers
What is happening with Grand Dial Communications?
Starting January 1, Grand Dial Communications will be merging its services with Relevant Networks LLC. This includes a brand-new up-to-date phone platform! This merge will allow Grand Dial’s staff to continue supporting you and provide you with the services you expect from us.
We are diligently preparing to make this migration as seamless as possible. You’re in good hands!
Why am I getting multiple bills?
Relevant Networks works with Heritage Telecom to provide a quality, stable phone platform. As a result, Heritage bills separately. As we work on migrating to Relevant’s platform, Grand Dial will be billing only for usage and service time while Relevant will be billing for recurring services. After January, we will be fully migrated to Relevant’s platform and billing.
How do I pay my invoice(s)?
You will be paying Grand Dial for Grand Dial’s invoice, Heritage for your phone bill, and Relevant for Relevant’s invoice.
When an invoice is sent by email, a message states that you can make a payment by clicking on a secure link and entering your information. You can call us if you need assistance.
What is happening with my services?
We are working very hard to make this migration as minimal as possible. We want to make sure that you don’t see any disruption in service, or if you do, we will communicate that directly with you. We may need to work with you to make changes for some services. Every situation will be different.
What is Heritage Telecom?
Relevant Networks works with Heritage Telecom to provide a quality, stable phone platform. As a result, Heritage bills separately.
Do I pay Heritage separately?
Yes. Payment for phone services will go directly to Heritage Telecom for services. Relevant’s techs (Primarily your Grand Dial techs as before) will be providing phone assistance for all questions both technical and billing. You should not see a labor charge if you call with your regular phone support needs.
What about Grand Dial’s staff?
We want to make sure that you continue to work with the people that know you and understand your business or home. Grand Dial’s staff will continue to service your needs, and we’ll be here for you as we transition over to Relevant Networks.
What if I need to send a check?
Pay Grand Dial as you always have.

This will also be included in the email memo. Heritage payments will be setup with you for auto-pay with the Heritage billing system. We will help you with this.
What if I was set up for auto-pay?
For your Grand Dial bill, Grand Dial can pull payment for Grand Dial’s invoices. However, you will need to set up new auto-pay with Heritage and Relevant. There will be instructions on how to do that when you enter your payment information.
What new features does Relevant have to offer? What if I want to talk about changing or updating my service?

How do I keep up with all of the changes that are happening?
We will be keeping in communication with you as we begin implementing changes. We’ll be sending out letters and emails as needed to keep you in the loop. If you want the most up-to-date information, it may be worth checking our website first.
