Grand Dial Communications happy to announce some exciting news!

Some Exciting Changes Coming to Grand Dial!

Grand Dial Communications is Migrating to Relevant Networks!

Peace be with you.  Grand Dial values your business and your continued confidence in our abilities.  Over the last 11 months I have spoken with many of you to resolve open projects and support tickets Bryant Zimmerman started before his sudden death last December.  We have continued Bryant’s commitment to making sense of I.T. while meeting and reviewing your current services with Grand Dial.  Our staff continually deliver the high level of customer care Bryant gave each of you while he was at the helm.  He is greatly missed.

This letter serves to announce exciting changes coming to your VOIP phone and managed computer services.

On January 1, 2023, Grand Dial is migrating to Relevant Networks LLC. Relevant Networks is a Grand Rapids area business specializing in VOIP, and managed computer services, with over 100 years of combined experience in both technologies. This migration includes a new phone platform, with new features, with Grand Dial’s staff continuing to serve and provide you with the customer experience you expect from us.  We are diligently preparing to make this migration as seamless as possible. You’re in good hands!

Your December billing may be a bit messy as we work on transitioning to Relevant’s platform.  We will send more details on your billing prior to your December invoice.  Look for these billing details   in both your inbox and in your snail mail.  For now, be assured, we are working with Relevant to make sure your costs and services remain comparably the same.  Any questions can be directed to our office at 616-776-1066.Thank you for your patience as we move forward, and for continuing to allow us to make sense of your I.T.

Jen Zimmerman

Interim CEO
